COMMUNITY ~ Connecting with each other and the community around us is why we love what we do! As we become more established as a business, we will consistently have more to give back to our community. This is one of the reasons we wanted to open our own salon space!

SUPPORT ~ We are here to help our stylists grow. Learning and growing within a community, building your books in a safe and supportive place, is the salon we have always wanted to work in and now we have the chance to provide that for other stylists! We offer monthly “You & Me” meetings to touch base and make sure we’re supporting your growth. We also have a monthly Team Meeting where we all get together and take a moment to connect.

AUTONOMY ~ Giving our stylists freedom is a top priority. Employees have control over their schedule, services, and hourly price. Allowing everyone to have their specialties and ownership of their personal business, means our stylists function much like an independent contractor. Yet, our stylists have the benefit of education and a support system that being an employee offers! There are no back bar or color fees, these things are included in the commission split. You are also free to work at Dreamboat as well as any other salons/spaces as you’d like. We don’t own our stylists!

EDUCATION ~ We prioritize learning. From our in-house education, ranging from one-on-one support to hosting different artists in our broad community, there is always something new to learn. Facilitating that is one of our favorite things! Click here to see what’s on our education calendar.
