I found Susy when I was searching for a salon nearby for a haircut. At the time, she was working at a salon just five minutes from my home, so I decided to give it a try. I had only been getting haircuts at that point, but they never quite turned out how I wanted at other places. That’s why I decided to book at a more professional salon—hoping for a better experience and a vibe that suited me.

From my very first appointment, I knew I’d found the right stylist. Susy made me feel completely at ease, and we connected right away. She really listened to what I wanted, and for the first time, I left the salon feeling truly happy with my haircut!

At first, I only trusted Susy with haircuts because I was nervous about coloring my hair. But over time, she would talk to me about adding dimension and how beautiful it could look. Eventually, I took the plunge—and now I consistently get color from her and absolutely love it!

After about a year of working together, we perfected the look I wanted for my wedding, and my hair turned out absolutely gorgeous on the big day. One of the things I love most about seeing Susy is how well we’ve clicked over the years. We have so much in common and always spend the entire appointment chatting and catching up.

It really says something that when Susy moved to a new salon an hour away, I didn’t think twice about making the commute. She’s worth every minute of the drive! We even bonded over wedding planning since we got married just a few months apart. She did my hair for my wedding day, and it couldn’t have turned out better.

Susy’s positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients make every visit a joy. I truly can’t say enough great things about her and the experience I’ve had over the years!
