Ash is the founder and owner of Dreamboat Salon, with nearly 20 years of experience behind the chair in Seattle, New York City, and Portland. With a background spanning barbering, color, and all hair types, she built her technical foundation as a true generalist and now specializes in razor cutting, curls and hair painting.
Today, Ash focuses much of her energy on leading and developing the team at Dreamboat. She’s passionate about building a supportive, modern salon environment where stylists have the education, structure, and resources they need to grow sustainable, fulfilling careers while evolving alongside the industry.
